Melon Salad
Melon is a good food, as it is sweet it can be eaten as an alternative to cookies, chocolate or desserts for those with a sweet craving. It hydrates and switches off hunger. Cut two small melons in half and carefully scoop out all the content. Chop up the melon flesh and place in a large bowl, then chop up other fresh fruits of your choice i.e. apricots, strawberries, mango, plums and then scoop out a passion fruit, mix all the fruit up carefully. Check to see if the melon halves will stand up, if not slice the bottom straight, or serve on a bed of crushed ice. Fill these empty melon halves with the fruit salad, and serve.
