Baked Apples for desert lovers
4 green apples
Raisins or chopped Dates
Cinnamon
Keeping the apples whole, remove the core from down the center of the apple. Cut a line very lightly into the skin around the apple’s center. Stuff the center of the apple with dried fruit and cinnamon. Place in a baking tray and cover, put in the oven for about 30 to 45 minutes or so. Serve while still hot or warm.
