Oil is from flax seeds also known as linseeds, these seeds are especially medicinal as they contain about 40% alpha-linolenic acid. We gain more flexibility from this oil than from any other oil derived from seeds or nuts, besides hemp oil. Next would be the oil from walnuts but this only has about 10% alpha-linolenic acid. Most people think of linseed oil for their wood. That’s right linseed oil gives life to dull wood and helps to preserve it. In the same way linseed will give life to a dull body and help to preserve it. It will give flexibility to cells, enabling them to function better, allowing communication between the cells by the production of prostaglandins, that regulate inflammation.
IMPORTANT only consume linseeds (flaxseeds) and the oil that is fit for human consumption.
