Simple but effective helping to relieve arthritis

Most people today eat a diet sadly lacking in magnesium, magnesium is vital for optimum functioning of the body in so many ways.
Magnesium has both anti-inflammatory and anti- arthritic properties, the skin is highly absorbent (this is why hormone replacement patches or nicotine patches work so well) and you can take advantage of this fact.
Magnesium is one of the most important of the essential minerals in the body, and it is commonly deficient. Some simple help for arthritis is a hot bath of Epsom salts. The body will absorb what it needs.
Fill your bathtub with water as hot water and add 2 cups of Epsom Salts. Soak for at least 20 to 30 minutes, adding more hot water if you want to keep the temperature warm. You can do this several times a week. However if you don’t have a bath tub a foot bath is excellent instead, the feet are highly absorbent.
If you are pregnant or have cardiovascular disease you should NOT take such hot baths.
This not a substitute for eating a healthy diet, rich in all sorts of minerals. The photo above shows foods that are rich in magnesium.
The other aspect about Epsom salts is the sulphur itself. It is also a major that provides the structural material for muscles, bones, joints, hair, teeth, blood, brain, skin, and other organs of the body. Proteins are also used to make enzymes and hormones, taking part in a huge number of biochemical processes that are continually taking place in the body. Sulphur, unlike other minerals does not have a recognized RDA (daily recommended allowance).
In the past it was assumed that because sulphate is so closely linked with protein, as long as people ate protein, everyone would be getting enough sulphur. Now it would seem not, many people are not getting enough
